The present invention relates to an underwater aeration device having an oxygen supply function, and more specifically, to an underwater aeration device having an oxygen supply function which finely triturates pure oxygen when treating wastewater, sewage, livestock manure, etc. to mix the pure oxygen with raw water to discharge the mixture into water to increase an oxygen dissolution rate and shorten water treatment time. The underwater aeration device having an oxygen supply function comprises: a storage tank in which raw water is stored; a first pump to pump the raw water to a first supply line; a second pump to pump the raw water to a second supply line; a first agitation means installed on the storage tank and connected to the first supply line to agitate the raw water flowing thereinto through the first supply line to discharge the raw water into the storage tank; a pure oxygen injection unit to inject pure oxygen into the raw water transported along the second supply line; a pure oxygen dissolution unit to forcibly rotate and triturate the raw water and pure oxygen flowing thereinto through the second supply line; and a circulation line to connect the pure oxygen dissolution unit and the first agitation means to flow treated wastewater discharged from the pure oxygen dissolution unit into the first agitation means.
