The present invention relates to a method for preparing short rib patties including a lotus (Nelumbo nucifera). The method includes the steps of: (A) finely mincing raw meat; (B) mixing finely chopped vegetables and seasoning with the minced meat to prepare a mixture; and (C) shaping the mixture to prepare lumps in the shape of a short rib patty. Lotus roots are included in the vegetables. |
