A user terminal apparatus is disclosed. The user terminal apparatus comprises: a first body; a second body installed on one surface of the first body, and connected in a structure which is able to be slid from the first body; a transparent display unit formed in the second body; and a control unit for providing an interaction function of different users on a first area where the transparent display unit overlaps with the first body, and a second area which is the remaining area of the transparent display unit, when the second body is slid from the first body, thereby opening the first body.
