The present invention provides a solar cell including a first electrode, a hole-blocking layer formed on the first electrode, a light adsorption layer formed on the hole-blocking layer, and a second electrode formed on the light adsorption layer wherein the hole-blocking layer includes a self-organized dielectric. Therefore, the solar cell can be processed at room temperature by using the hole-blocking layer including the self-organized dielectric, and has high efficiency at the same time.
