The present invention provides a range rotary sensor unit comprising: a housing; a substrate accommodated and arranged in the housing; a rotary shaft including a rotary shaft body, which is arranged to be able to rotate while penetrating the housing, and a rotary shaft wing arranged in the direction of an outer circumference from the rotary shaft body; and a sensing part including sensing magnets, which are arranged on the rotary shaft wing to rotate, and sensing modules, which are arranged on the substrate to detect the rotating state of the sensing magnet. The sensing magnets include: a first sensing magnet arranged on a radius from the center of rotation of the rotary shaft body; and a second magnet arranged between the first sensing magnet and the rotary shaft body with a radius different from the radius of the first sensing magnet. Only one sensing module among the sensing modules is turned on for at least one speed change range among the preset speed change ranges of a vehicle and two or more sensing modules among the sensing modules are turned on for regions between the preset speed change ranges of the vehicle.
