The present invention relates to a submarine surface support apparatus for marine observatory facilities equipped with a skid, which is configured to stably maintain a posture during an observation period by preventing settlement due to the weight of various marine observatory facilities even on a submarine surface consisting of sand and mud, can be stably and smoothly moved along the submarine surface even when being pulled, and can resolve a question of the moment by being instantly turned or lifted when a part of which is imbedded in the submarine surface or caught by a rock and hampering progress. According to the present invention, the support apparatus comprises: a frame body for mounting marine observatory facilities; and a pair of skids which comprise plate parts installed in the left and right in the lower part of the frame body, respectively and a tilted part upwardly bent at an inclination at the end part and rear part thereof to support the frame body not to be drawn into the submarine surface, and facilitate sliding along the submarine surface when movement is required. A plurality of injection nozzles which can inject high pressure water are installed on the lower surface of a pair of skids to be instantly displaced.
