PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a frame delay difference in a plurality of flows using a single circuit.SOLUTION: A network device for data transmission includes: a plurality of interfaces each receiving the same data from a plurality of routes; a system selection unit which selects either of a route from which data, which is to be transmitted to the subsequent stage, is received; an extraction unit which extracts, from the received data, a flow identifier to identify a data flow and system information to identify a route through which the data has been transmitted; and a delay difference management unit which measures a difference in each arrival time of the received data. Using the extracted flow identifier and the system information, the delay difference management unit judges whether the data of the same flow, arriving from the plurality of routes, arrives earlier or later, retains the judged arrival time of the data which arrives earlier on a flow-by-flow basis, and calculates a difference of each data arrival time flow-by-flow, using the retained arrival time of the data which arrives earlier. |
