PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a classification/conveyance device configured to automatically read out commodity identification information of a dust removing mat.SOLUTION: A commodity identification type mat classification/conveyance device MI places at least one dust removing mat 1 with the same commodity name on a delivering/conveying device SC on which the dust removing mat 1 is placed with an information sheet 6 directed upward and measures the whole weight thereof using a weight measuring device W, makes lamps L1 and L2 to irradiate the dust removing mat 1 including the information sheet 6 with light at the middle of a main conveying device KC that mainly conveys the dust removing mat 1 upward and receives reflection beams L1B and L2B so as to make a camera CA to obtain an image of the dust removing mat, and has a mat transferring device MS that receives the dust removing mat 1 from the main conveying device KC and transfers the mat to a target position. The device MI extracts commodity identification information described on the information sheet 6 from the image of the dust removing mat so as to derive the commodity name thereof by using a computer C incorporated with a program, derives the number of the dust removing mats 1 from a unit weight per dust removing mat and the whole weight of the mats and transmits the commodity names and the number to the mat transferring device MS and a display D. |
