PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in a speed of winding webbing on a spool even when a time when a winding member is rotated in a winding direction is lengthened by energizing force that energizing means applies.SOLUTION: In a webbing winding device 10, a spool 14 is rotated in a winding direction by energizing force of a power spring 36, and webbing is wound on the spool 14. When the spool 14 is rotated in the winding direction, resistance force of a rotary damper 30 is applied to the rotation in the winding direction of the spool 14. Thereby, even when a time when the spool 14 is rotated in the winding direction is lengthened, an increase in a speed of winding the webbing on the spool 14 can be suppressed. |
