The present invention relates to an earthquake-resistant installation apparatus for a ceiling panel. The present invention forms a vibration isolation unit on a turnbuckle whose one end is suspended on an anchor bolt of a ceiling slab and whose the other end suspends a support bar, and forms an impact absorbing unit on the upper end of the support bar suspended on the turnbuckle to absorb a vibratory impact transferred to a ceiling panel by an earthquake or a typhoon with the impact absorbing unit formed on the support bar to isolate the vibratory impact with the vibration isolation unit of the turnbuckle suspended on an end of one side of the support bar. The ceiling panel installed on the support bar is prevented from separating or escaping due to the vibratory impact to prevent a human injury or death caused by the separation or escape of the ceiling panel.
