A method for the manufacture of lump-free lithium complex lubricating grease

Abstract Provided herein is a method for the manufacture of a lithium complex lubricating grease that is substantially lump-free. Applying the inventive method it is possible to quantify the degree of turbulence or shear needed to achieve the grease quality required. The inventive method provides for efficiencies that are reproducible, quantifiable and cannot readily be achieved by applying repeated and random shear to conventional saponification products.
