The first conductive layer 111 includes a region between the first substrate 21 and the second conductive layer 113. The insulating layer 112 includes a region between the first conductive layer 111 and the second conductive layer 113. The first conductive layer 111, the second conductive layer 113, and the insulating layer 112 form a capacitor. The second conductive layer 113 has an opening 118.
