Provided is a display device for a vehicle such that visibility is improved without seeming unusual to an occupant. The display device (1) for a vehicle is equipped with: a display unit (3) that is provided on the inner side of an instrument panel (I) and projects a display image (G1); a transparent cover (4) that allows the display image (G1) projected from the display unit (3) to pass therethrough to the windshield (F); and a bezel body (5) that has an opening (51) allowing passage of the display image (G1) that has passed through the transparent cover (4), the outer edge (52) of the bezel body (5) being continuous with the instrument panel (I). The respective reflected images of the instrument panel (I), transparent cover (4), and bezel body (5) reflected by the windshield (F) have the same brightness, thereby preventing one of the reflected images from being seen as being dark and reducing the sense of unusualness to an occupant. |
