Disclosed are a control channel configuration method and reception method, a device and a system. The method comprises: a base station groups serving cells detected by a terminal, and divides the serving cells into at least two cell groups CG comprising one master cell group MCG and one or more other cell groups SCGx, x being an integer greater than 0; and the base station separately predefines or configures, for each group, a control channel information type and/or a downlink common control information format of a control channel required by the terminal to detect downlink common control information in a common search space. By means of the present invention, the problem in the related art that the terminal performs a large number of blind detections due to the introduction of a dual-link on the basis of CA is solved, the power consumption of the terminal is reduced, and it is ensured that the maximum number of detections performed by the terminal on the control channel does not exceed the predefined number of detections of the terminal without affecting the average throughput of the terminal and real-time service scheduling. |
