Provided are a text monitoring method and device, the method comprising: for a calling number, determining the security coefficient of the calling number according to the correspondence between the calling number and a preset user group corresponding to a security coefficient; determining an actual violation threshold of the calling number according to a preset basic violation threshold and the security coefficient of the calling number; determining according to the actual violation threshold whether texts sent during a preset time period by the calling number have violations, and if there are violations, then processing the texts sent during the preset time period by the calling number. The technical solution of the present invention configures user groups for different users and allocates different security coefficients for different user groups to realize differentiated text blocking for different users, thus improving accuracy of text blocking and reducing the probability of mistakenly blocking or failing to block. |
