PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a stable operation of a super-charger when a flow passage for gas fed out of super-charger means is changed over from a passage released to the surrounding atmosphere to heat exchanging means.SOLUTION: An auxiliary blower 13 is directly communicated with an air-preheater 14 and a discharging side of the auxiliary blower 13 is provided with a second adjustment valve 19e acting as a releasing adjustment valve. A discharging side of a compressor 12a is provided with a first adjustment valve 19d acting as a pressure adjustment valve. The discharging side pressure of the auxiliary blower 13 is adjusted by the second adjustment valve 19e and at the same time a supercharger 12 is operated with air fed from the auxiliary blower 13 while adjusting the discharging side pressure of the compressor 12a by the first adjustment valve 19d. At the time when a pressure of the discharging side air of the compressor 12a becomes larger than that of air of feeding side of the auxiliary blower 13, the second adjustment valve 19e is fully opened while the first adjustment valve 19d being gradually changed over to its full closed state to cause the auxiliary blower 13 to be fully released to the surrounding atmosphere.
