PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomic resonance transition device capable of improving frequency stability, and further to provide an atomic oscillator provided with the atomic resonance transition device, an electronic apparatus, and a movable body.SOLUTION: An atomic resonance transition device comprises: a gas cell 2 having an internal space S sealed with alkali metal; a light emission section 3 emitting excitation light LL including a resonant light pair resonating the alkali metal toward the alkali metal; and a magnetic field generation section 8 applying a magnetic field to the alkali metal. A width of the excitation light LL light is increased as the excitation light LL light passes from an incident side toward an emission side of the excitation light LL in the internal space S. The magnetic field from the magnetic field generation section 8 has a portion where intensity of the magnetic field is increased as the excitation light LL light passes from the incident side toward the emission side of the excitation light LL in the internal space S.
