PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that detects a situation of a decrease in radiation of heat generated by a heat generation part, such as a CPU that electronic equipment includes, when the heat generation part operates with a load exceeding a predetermined load, and limits the operation of the heat generation part to prevent a malfunction of the electronic equipment.SOLUTION: A control unit (1) limits the operation of a heat generation part (21) when it is determined, based upon a temperature of the heat generation part (21) and a heat of a heat pipe (20), that heat radiation capability by the heat radiation part (22) and the heat pipe (20) decreases to an extent to disturb a stable operation of electronic equipment (10). |
