PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device and a notification system, capable of notifying a predetermined operation.SOLUTION: The information processing device includes receiving means, first detection means, second detection means, and output means. The receiving means sequentially receives a captured image from an imaging part imaging a predetermined area on a road. The first detection means detects a person included in the image from the image received by the receiving means. The second detection means detects the motion of the person detected by the first detection means from the image. When the second detection means detects a predetermined motion, the output means outputs information for performing notification by using a notification device provided on the road. |
