PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield method of preventing material contaminated with radioactivity from dispersing therearound.SOLUTION: A pressure container is filled with shield liquid 12 and high-pressure air, and waste 11 scattered on a road 10 is sprayed with the shield liquid 12. When the shield liquid 12 solidifies on the waste 11, shield matter 13 is produced. The waste 11 covered with the shield matter 13 is recovered with a shovel 14.
