Disclosed is a phishing webpage detection method, comprising: extracting webpage template characteristics of a webpage to be tested and acquiring a first summary of the webpage template characteristics; determining whether the first summary belongs to a second summary in a preset database, the second summary being a summary acquired according to the webpage template characteristics of a target webpage; when determining the first summary belongs to the second summary in the preset database, further determining whether the domain name of the webpage to be tested is consistent with the domain name of the target webpage; and when determining that the domain name of the webpage to be tested is inconsistent with the domain name of the target webpage, determining that the webpage to be tested is a phishing webpage counterfeiting the target webpage. The method of an embodiment of the present invention avoids the problem of the domain name of a phishing webpage having the characteristic of a limited time, thus improving detection accuracy, and can detect a phishing webpage at a basic level, thus improving feasibility and applicability.
