An array substrate and a curved display apparatus, which relate to the field of display technologies. The array substrate comprises several sub-pixel units arranged in an array. Each sub-pixel unit comprises a primary sub-pixel (1), a secondary sub-pixel (2), and a voltage dividing capacitor (3). The array substrate comprises a compensation area (100) and a non-compensation area (200). A capacitance value of the voltage dividing capacitor (3) located in the sub-pixel unit of the compensation area (100) is smaller than a capacitance value of the voltage dividing capacitor (3) located in the sub-pixel unit of the non-compensation area (200). The array substrate may be used in a curved display apparatus such as a curved television set and a curved display, so that an existing technical problem that dark spots appear at two side portions of a curved display apparatus is solved. |
