Disclosed are a traction drive isochronism speed governor and a multi-drive shaft gearbox having the speed governor. The multi-drive shaft gearbox has a speed governor chamber (20) and a variable-speed gear chamber (30), wherein the power of an engine is transmitted to an output group (34) of the gearbox by traction drive isochronism speed governors (21, 22, 23) in the speed governor chamber (20) in a traction drive manner, the speed governor is provided with a plurality of roller groups (214) between an input component (211) and an output component (212) thereof in a planet mode, and the roller groups (214) are pushed to axially move by the output component (212) to be in contact with the input component (211), so that the effect of transmitting power is achieved, and at the same time, shafts (310, 320, 330) of all drive groups (31, 32, 33) in the variable-speed gear chamber (30) are arranged in parallel at unequal shaft distances around a shaft (340) of an output group (34) by taking the shaft (340) of the output group (34) as a centre, so that the number of gears of the gearbox can be added in a limited space. By means of the implementation of the technological means of the traction drive isochronism speed governor and the shaft arrangement of each drive group, the problems in the prior art that the drive efficiency of a gearbox is low, a clutch is worn and relatively large space is required to be occupied when a variable-speed gear is added are solved. |
