A product inventory management system (100) includes at least one product cabinet (102, 200) in communication with a server (104). The at least one product cabinet is configured to store one or more product units (300) each configured with a corresponding one or more RFID tags (302), and monitor an inventory of the one or more product units by wirelessly detecting the one or more RFID tags. The server is configured to receive product inventory information associated with the one or more product units from the at least one product cabinet, store the product inventory information, and transmit the product inventory information to a network node (106) associated with at least one vested entity (108) associated with the one or more product units.
