PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine fuel injection control unit capable of realizing appropriate fuel injection control.SOLUTION: An ECU 40 applying a predetermined high voltage to a fuel injection valve 30 for a valve opening operation and subsequently applying a low voltage to the fuel injection valve 30 for keeping the valve opening operation to carry a current to the fuel injection valve 30 at a time of injecting a fuel from the fuel injection valve 30, comprises: a current detector 44 detecting a flowing current flowing in the fuel injection valve 30; a drive IC 42 switching the voltage applied to the fuel injection valve 30 from the high voltage to the low voltage if the detected current by the current detector 44 reaches a preset target peak value after starting carrying the current to the fuel injection valve 30; and a microcomputer 41 calculating a slope SL of a current change in the detected current in a state of applying the high voltage to the fuel injection valve 30, and executing correction processing for correcting a deviation of a peak point of an actual current flowing in the fuel injection valve 30. |
