PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax a binding degree by releasing binding by sucking a part of a component group in a bound state, and applying extrusion force to a part of the component group.SOLUTION: A low portion 16 is formed in the vicinity of an end part of a bottom member 10 of a storage container 9. A component 1 which is in a standby state on the low portion 16 is moved to a target position. Suction means 28 for sucking a part of a component group in which the components are entangled each other to the low portion 16 side, or extrusion means 56 for extruding a part of the component group to the low portion side, is provided. |
