PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel and a musical instrument capable of changing a pattern without change of a relative position between an object and an observer.SOLUTION: A decorative panel of the invention comprises: a front side layer having regular patterns and having light transparency at least partially; and a rear side layer disposed on a rear side of the front side layer so as to relatively move freely, and having patterns having a period different from a period of patterns of the front side layer, and the patterns of the front side layer and of the rear side layer generate a moire. The front side layer comprises a woven fabric and a resin composition immersed to the woven fabric, preferably. A projection is formed on at least one of facing surfaces of the front side layer and rear side layer, preferably. A reflection layer for reflecting light entering from the front side, and is disposed on a rear side of the rear side layer, is provided and the rear side layer has light transparency, preferably. A musical instrument of the invention has the decorative panel. |
