PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating circulator type cooking apparatus including a water tank heater and a water supply pump configured so as to be able to perform precise temperature control in a vacuum cooking method for cooking a food product in a water tank while taking a time longer than a normal cooking time under the environment in which temperature is very precisely managed.SOLUTION: A program for vacuum cooking sets a method for converting the cooking time and the temperature of a sealed food product so that the product can be moderately cooked in a manner recommended by a food product manufacturer on the basis of the size, the shape and the fat content of the food product. According to the program, setting is adjustable even when the food product is modified, such as the division of the food product into two portions, and the program is mounted in a vacuum cooking apparatus or an information processing device. |
