An interlocking groove (37c) extending in a circumferential direction is formed in an outer ring (31), in a stepped part outer peripheral surface (37a) of a small-diameter stepped part (37). A securing plate (40) is provided with a plurality of interlocking pawls (49) that protrude diametrically inward from the inner periphery of the securing plate (40) sectioning off a fitting hole (41), and that interlock with the interlocking groove (37c). With the fitting hole (41) fitted over the small-diameter stepped part (37), the interlocking pawls (49) are formed by axially pressing a back surface (46) of the securing plate (40) and a tapered part (47) formed in advance in the peripheral edge between the back surface (46) and the inner peripheral surface of the fitting hole (41), and elastically deforming the inner periphery of the securing plate (40) so that the inner periphery bulges diametrically inward, and the interlocking pawls (49) interlock with the interlocking groove (37c). It is thereby possible to stably mold the interlocking pawls that interlock with the interlocking groove of the small-diameter stepped part while preventing interference with the outer ring, and productivity can be improved. |
