PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable optimization of dead time, even if a gate breakdown voltage of a transistor, in a driving control circuit in a power supply circuit, is lower than an input voltage.SOLUTION: A control circuit includes a first and a second transistor MTR1 and MTR2 connected in series between wiring to which an input voltage is supplied and wiring to which a reference voltage is supplied, and driving control circuits 31 and 32 for alternately turning on the first and the second transistors according to a pulse width modulated signal generated based on an output voltage to a load circuit. After turning off the other of the first or the second transistor, the driving control circuits detect off state of both transistors by detecting an N well voltage of the first or the second transistor having a triple well structure, connected to wiring to which a power supply voltage of the driving control circuit is supplied via a resistor, and turn one of the first or the second transistor on. |
