PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance wide band characteristics in conversion of a balanced signal and an unbalanced signal.SOLUTION: The balance/unbalance converter includes: a signal circuit layer (40) for converting a balanced signal and an unbalanced signal; a multilayer substrate (2) containing a dielectric layer (41) directly under the signal circuit layer (40) and a dielectric layer (35), which is the lowest layer; an unbalanced line (11); and a balanced line (13). A ground conductor (45g) corresponding to the balanced line (13) and the unbalanced line (11) is formed at the dielectric layer (35). |
