PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device in which a laser element and a reflection member are located close to each other and high heat radiation performance is achieved.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser device 10 includes: a substrate 1; a first metal layer 1A and a second metal layer 1B which are provided on the substrate 1 so as to be separated from each other; a sub mount 3 which is disposed on the first metal layer 1A through an adhesion member 2A formed by a metal material; a semiconductor laser element 4 provided on the sub mount 3; and a reflection member 5 which is disposed on the second metal layer 1B through an adhesion member 2B formed by a metal material and reflects laser light emitted from the semiconductor laser element 4. A part of the sub mount 3 is disposed closer to the reflection member 5 side than an end part 1c of the first metal layer 1A. |
