The data center 300 transmits a connection destination of an operator terminal 400 corresponding to the question contents transmitted from the video chat terminal 200 to the video chat terminal 200. The video chat terminal 200 establishes communication with the operator terminal 400 identified from the connection destination transmitted by the data center 300 and starts a video chat. |
