A balanced dumbbell includes a first weight having a hollow cylindrical shape extending in a first axial direction and a second weight having a hollow cylindrical shape extending in a second axial direction perpendicular to the first axial direction. A wrist support is disposed within a cutout on an upper end of the first weight and the second weight and defines an opening of the balanced dumbbell.
