Disclosed is an unlicensed carrier scheduling method. When determining that signaling indicating scheduling termination and/or signaling indicating scheduling update needs to be sent, a base station sends the signaling indicating scheduling termination and/or the signaling indicating scheduling update in an unlicensed carrier, and the UE receives the signaling indicating scheduling termination and/or the signaling indicating scheduling update in the unlicensed carrier, and terminates data transmission at a resource scheduling start position according to the signaling indicating scheduling termination, and/or performs data transmission at a new resource scheduling position according to the signaling indicating scheduling update. Also disclosed are an unlicensed carrier scheduling device and system and a computer storage medium.
