The present invention relates to an abdomen wear comprising: a front cover part (20) formed by using, as mainly a conglomerate material, a single or two-layered, in particular mainly two-layered, knitting which covers the abdomen of a body; both end parts (21) of right and left edges of the front cover part and a seam part (22) of the both end parts and left and right button parts (23), configured in such a manner that an opening part (26) is provided at left and right portions of both sides, formed with two layers, of the front cover part (20), to thereby form a pocket shape (26a) therein, or in such a manner that a zipper (27) is provided at the center of the front to thereby form a pocket (27b), a separate lining (51) being conveniently placed into the inside or the pocket, and the front cover part (20) can be in close contact with the abdomen of the body; a binding portion (33) which includes a detachable part (30) provided with an elastic ring part (32) having a tie adjusting part (31) which is adjustable in a tie; and an upper elastic ring part (41) provided wherein buttons or snaps (29) are provided in the upper center part (40) of the front cover part or the seam part (40a) of the upper center part, such that the upper elastic ring part (41) has a similar feature and performs a similar function as the detachable part (30).
