PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film with an adhesive in which an adhesive layer is provided directly on one face of a polarization film, and an optical laminate employing the same and having excellent durability.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an optical film with an adhesive in which an adhesive layer is provided on one face of a polarization film. The adhesive layer is formed from an adhesive composition comprising an acrylic resin, and a silane coupling agent not comprising an epoxy group or a primary amino group. The sum of the thickness of the polarization film and the thickness of the adhesive layer is 55 μm or less.
