The present invention relates to a transmission hub directly driven by a crank and a bicycle including the same and, more specifically, to a transmission hub that is driven by a crank directly connected to a hub shaft without a transmission apparatus, such as a chain, which transmits the rotating force of the crank to the hub, and a bicycle including the same. The transmission hub directly driven by the crank, according to the present invention, comprises: a hub shell to which spokes are connected; a hub shaft which is provided in the center of the hub shell and to which a crank is connected and the rotating force of the crank is input; an integral gear that is provided between the hub shaft and the hub shell and transmits the rotating force, which is input through the hub shaft, to the hub shell; and fixed axles provided on opposite sides of the hub shell and fixed to a frame.
