Disclosed is a method for producing a conductive ball of an anisotropic conductive film. The method for producing a conductive ball of an anisotropic conductive film according to the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a polymer ball; pre-treating the polymer ball; and forming a conductive film with a target material on the outer cover of the polymer ball by conducting sputtering on the outer cover of the polymer ball in an inert gas atmosphere, wherein the polymer ball is contained in a container laid on a support member of a vacuum chamber, and the polymer ball is configured to uniformly form the conductive film according to the movement of the container.
