[OBJECTIVE] The objective of the present invention is to provide a retardation film which prevents the deterioration of the brightness of a display device. [SOLUTION] A retardation film is formed by stacking a resin layer (a) which has a refractive index of 1.50 or less and the total light transmissivity of 80% or more, and a resin layer (b) which has a refractive index of 1.55 or more, inherent birefringence of 0.07 or more and the total light transmissivity of 80% or more. At least one resin (a) is located on the outside of the resin layer (b). |
