摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which is arranged so that a mechanism operable to interrupt a current according to a gas pressure in a case is provided for the purpose of ensuring the safety in the case of overcharge, whereby an amount of gas generation in the case of overcharge can be ensured without increasing the resistance.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprises the steps of: (1) preparing a positive electrode material by mixing up a positive electrode active substance, a conductive material and 0.2-0.5 mol% of an inorganic material to the positive electrode active substance; (2) preparing a positive electrode by supplying the positive electrode material to a positive electrode collector to form a positive electrode active material layer; (3) preparing a negative electrode; (4) preparing a nonaqueous electrolyte including 1.5-6 mass% of an overcharge additive agent; (5) preparing a battery case including a pressure-sensitive type current interruption mechanism; and (6) putting, in the battery case, the positive electrode, the negative electrode and the nonaqueous electrolyte.
