PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure that determines the height of a lifting element by a supporting position of an inclined plane of a sliding member, slows down the velocity of the inclined plane of the sliding member with a damper and an elastic member, and postpones the timing at which the lifting element reaches a predetermined position, and to provide an extension base using the same.SOLUTION: A supporting structure includes an elastic element 221, a sliding member 222, a lifting element 224 and a damper 223. The sliding member having an inclined plane is connected to the elastic element. When the elastic element receives a force, the elastic element drives the sliding member to move along a first axis line. The damper is mated with the sliding member to slow down the velocity of the sliding member, and postpone the timing at which the height position of the lifting element is fixed. |
