PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil manufacturing device capable of accurately molding a coil in accordance with a core material whose cross section has a substantially rectangular shape.SOLUTION: A coil manufacturing device 1 includes: a core material 2 which is supported by a core material support mechanism 3 and is made to be rotated around a shaft by a servo motor 10; a pressing mechanism 15 which makes pressing force acted on a conductor D by pressing two pressing rollers to the conductor wound around the core material 2; and the like. According to this coil manufacturing device 1, two pressing rollers are brought into a state pressed to the conductor while holding the corner of the core material 2, and bending moment using the corner as a fulcrum is acted, thereby the conductor is plastically deformed along the corner of the core material 2 and a coil whose cross section has a substantially rectangular shape is molded. |
