PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination system, a determination method, and a determination program capable of objectively grasping an effect of a medicine without imposing a strain on a subject.SOLUTION: The determination system is provided with: a correct information extraction unit that extracts, from digital information that includes a log of the subject who shows a sign of improvement of a symptom, correct information indicating a feature of the log relating to the improvement of the symptom; an evaluation unit that evaluates, on the basis of correct information included in other digital information that includes a log of other subject, a degree of improvement of a symptom of the other subject; and an effect estimation unit that estimates the effect of the medicine relative to the symptom according to an evaluation result obtained by the evaluation unit. |
