PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing unit which allows a user to easily arrange a transmitter in a video transmission/reception system which can transmit and receive a video wirelessly.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 includes: a data transmission/reception section 110 which can transmit data to a receiving device 20 in which received video data can be displayed on a display section 220; a transfer speed determining section 101 which can determine that data transfer speed between the receiving device 20 and the data transmission/reception section 110 is a prescribed speed or more; and a display section 120 which can display a determining result by the transfer speed determining section 101. |
