The present invention relates to a beauty management method and a beauty management system, the beauty management method comprising the steps of: receiving customer beauty management state information and the kind of at least one beauty-related service; analyzing the customer beauty management state information by referring to a first indicator corresponding to a reference time, which is set in relation to the kind of the beauty-related service, and generating a second indicator corresponding to the time necessary for a customer beauty-related service on the basis of the analysis result; and visualizing and displaying, to be viewed by a customer, the second indicator and the kind of the customer beauty-related service together. |
