Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are an information processing method and device, the method comprising: receiving a first message sent by a network side, and if a first keyword matching a locally stored keyword is extracted from the first message according to the locally stored keyword, then setting a first tag for the first message, the first message being a short message or a multimedia message; when receiving an instruction for displaying the first message, displaying the locally stored first information associated with the first keyword, and when the first tag is triggered, checking for second information associated with the first keyword from the network side, and displaying the found second information. The embodiment of the present invention can directly display the first information and add the first tag corresponding to the first message, and a user can obtain the second information by triggering the first tag, so that the user can more intuitively obtain related information. |
