An optical fiber hydrogen sensor (10), comprising: an input optical fiber (11), a reflecting optical fiber (12) and hydrogen sensitive film (13); one end of the input optical fiber (11) is connected to the reflecting optical fiber (12) and is provided with a hydrogen accommodation cavity (111), an end face of the reflecting optical fiber (12) covers the opening of the hydrogen accommodation cavity (111) and acts as a reflective end face (102); at least two opposing side walls of the cavity of the hydrogen accommodation cavity (111) are respectively formed with air holes (14), and the air holes (14) of the at least two opposing side walls are disposed alternately; the hydrogen sensitive film (13) is provided on the inner surface of the hydrogen accommodation cavity (111) and has a plurality of recesses (131), the plurality of recesses (131) are disposed opposite the plurality of air holes (14).
