PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of the solar cell module.SOLUTION: A solar cell 100 includes: a transparent conductive layer 14 formed over the surface of the solar cell 100; a coating layer 20 which is formed over the transparent conductive layer 14 including plural openings; and plural collector electrodes 24 disposed in the openings in the coating layer 20.
