PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid temperature control device which allows proper cooking of a food product in water, and which can perform precise temperature control.SOLUTION: A fluid temperature control device 105 comprises a processor, a back-up battery and a temperature sensor, compares actual temperature with temperature of a safety range even during interruption of a power source, for determination, and advise a user a proper countermeasure. Operation of the fluid temperature control device is monitored for acquiring a data sequence including time, temperature and event, and the time, temperature, and event are compared with a safety point and a recommended temperature setting. |
